Returns Policy

We offer a 7-business-day cooling-off period for most new purchases, except for special orders of products and services. Initially, please contact our team at [email protected] or 01925 768 250 to discuss and manage all requests.

All products agreed to be returned must be in their original packaging, brand new, with no labels on the packaging. No refund will be issued for items that do not comply with these conditions. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee.

For special product orders or specially priced items, we will do our utmost to support you, but we cannot guarantee acceptance of all returns. Speak to our team, and we will try to manage your request as best as we can. Customers are responsible for returning any agreed items via a secure, trackable, and insured method. Go2 takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Alternatively, we can collect the goods at the customer's expense.

Out of Box Failure

If any product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our team at [email protected] or 01925 768 250 to discuss and make arrangements with the manufacturer for a replacement. When receiving any deliveries, if the box is damaged in any way, note it as "Damaged Box" when signing for the goods and take pictures. This will help us raise a complaint with the carrier. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery and inform our team so we can manage the incident and resolve it as quickly as possible.
